Welcome! The following photo was taken by me from the top of a tank car (with permission I might add!) on the RIP track in Mattoon, Illinois. It is obviously a bad scan, but an unusual shot of the only frog-eyed unit in this paint scheme. Note the difference in color between the sill and the lettering.
